Policies should explain what happens when plans, technology, or access needs change.
These commitments set a baseline for respectful use and accountable delivery. Project-specific terms remain in the signed agreement.
Accessibility
We aim to design and build usable digital experiences aligned with the accessibility target named in each engagement, commonly WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility includes design, content, code, keyboard use, assistive-technology checks, and ongoing maintenance. If you encounter a barrier on this site, use the contact form and describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or our services to break the law, harm people, impersonate others, invade privacy, distribute malware, probe systems without authorization, interfere with availability, scrape protected information, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Cancellation and refunds
Consultations, projects, and care plans have different scheduling and cost commitments. The applicable proposal must state notice periods, non-refundable committed costs, completed-work charges, rescheduling, deposits, refund conditions, and handoff. No universal refund promise is made on this website.
Cookies and analytics
Essential technology may operate for security and requested functions. Optional measurement should remain off until the tool, purpose, data, retention, consent rule, and opt-out path are approved. A consent choice must not be presented as meaningful if declining has no effect.
Security reporting
Do not publicly disclose suspected vulnerabilities or access information you do not own. Use the contact form to report the affected page, observed behavior, time, and a safe way to follow up. Do not include live credentials or personal data.
Policy changes
Material policy changes should carry an effective date and a concise explanation. Contract changes are not made by silently editing a website page; they follow the signed agreement and written change process.
This policy set requires owner and legal review before production launch. The accessibility contact path, monitored privacy/security addresses, effective date, and any analytics vendor disclosure must be finalized first.
Optional analytics choice
Hays Digital Works may use limited, non-advertising measurement to understand service-page use and consultation steps. It must not include contact details, free-text responses, advertising identifiers, or internal team traffic. Optional measurement remains off unless you allow it and a separately verified Digital-only production property is configured.
No analytics choice is currently selected. Optional measurement is off.
Your analytics choice is separate from submitting a service inquiry. We retain only the choice, policy version, and time in this browser. You can change or withdraw it here.
Your browser could not save this choice. Optional measurement remains off for safety.
