Stop using the device
Do not take more photos, save new files, format the device, or install recovery tools on the affected drive. Further use can overwrite the files you want to recover.
Hays Digital Works
Deleted-File Recovery
Memory cards & hard drives
Deleted doesn't always mean lost forever.
Accidentally deleted photos, documents, or other important files? Hays Digital Works offers deleted-file recovery assessment for readable memory cards and hard drives. Every device is different, and recovery is not guaranteed.
Start with an assessment
Tell us the device type, what happened, which files matter, and whether the device is still recognized. We confirm whether the request is within scope and agree on a quote before recovery work begins.
Clear recovery boundaries
This service focuses on logical file loss on readable media. Physically damaged, clicking, non-detectable, or encrypted devices may require a specialist or credentials. Cleanroom repair is not offered as part of this service.
Your files, your permission
You must own the media or have authorization to request recovery. Do not attach sensitive files or passwords to the inquiry form. We agree on device handoff, access, recovered-file delivery, and handling expectations before proceeding.
